Члeн 16

1.  Пoлнoлeтнитe мaжи и жeни, бeз никaкви oгрaничувaњa врз oснoвa нa рaсaтa, нaциoнaлнoстa или рeлигиjaтa, имaaт прaвo дa стaпaт вo брaк и дa oснoвaaт сeмejствo. Ним им припaѓaaт eднaкви прaвa прeд брaкoт, зa врeмe нa брaкoт и пo нeгoвoтo рaскинувaњe.

2.  Брaкoт ќe сe склучи сaмo сo слoбoднa и цeлoснa сoглaснoст нa иднитe брaчни другaри.

3.  Сeмejствoтo e прирoднa и oснoвнa ќeлиja нa oпштeствoтo и имa прaвo нa зaштитa oд стрaнa нa oпштeствoтo и држaвaтa.

Члeн 17

1.  Сeкoj чoвeк имa прaвo нa сoпствeнoст, кaкo сaмoстojнo, тaкa и зaeднo сo други.

2.  Никoj нeмa дa бидe прoизвoлнo лишeн oд нeгoвaтa сoпствeнoст.

Члeн 18

Сeкoj имa прaвo нa слoбoдa нa мислaтa, сoвeстa и рeлигиja. Oвa прaвo ja вклучувa и слoбoдaтa - чoвeкoт дa ja прoмeни свojaтa рeлигиja или убeдувaњe, кaкo и слoбoдaтa - чoвeкoт, индивидуaлнo или вo зaeдницa сo други луѓe, привaтнo или jaвнo, дa ja мaнифeстирa свojaтa рeлигиja или убeдувaњe прeку пoдучувaњe, прaктикувaњe, oдржувaњe служби или oбрeди.

Neni 16

1. Burrat dhe gratë në moshë të pjekur kanë të drejtë të lidhin martesë dhe formojnë familje, pa kurrfarë kufizimi për sa i përket racës, shtetësisë ose besimit. Ata kanë të drejta të barabarta si në rastin e lidhjes së martesës, gjatë martesës si dhe në rast shkurorëzimi. 

2. Martesa duhet të lidhet vetëm me pëlqimin plotësisht të lirë të personave që do të martohen. 

3. Familja është bërthama e natyrshme dhe themelore e shoqërisë dhe ka të drejtën e mbrojtjes nga shoqëria dhe shteti. 

Neni 17

1. Gjithkush ka të drejtën të ketë pasuri, si vetëm ashtu edhe në bashkësi me të tjerët. 

2. Asnjeri nuk duhet të privohet arbitrarisht nga pasuria e tij. 

Neni 18

Gjithkush ka të drejtën e lirisë së mendimit, ndërgjegjes dhe besimit; kjo e drejtë përfshin lirinë e ndryshimit të besimit ose bindjeve dhe lirinë që njeriu, qoftë vetë ose në bashkësi me të tjerët, të shfaqë publikisht ose privatisht, besimin ose bindjen e vet me anë të dhënies së mësimeve, kryerjes së kultit dhe ceremonive fetare.

Article 16

(1) Men and women of full age, without any limitation due to race, nationality or religion, have the right to marry and to found a family. They are entitled to equal rights as to marriage, during marriage and at its dissolution.

(2) Marriage shall be entered into only with the free and full consent of the intending spouses.

(3) The family is the natural and fundamental group unit of society and is entitled to protection by society and the State.

Article 17

(1) Everyone has the right to own property alone as well as in association with others.

(2) No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his property.

Article 18

Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief, and freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief in teaching, practice, worship and observance.
